Ramon A. Roco established RAROCO Insurance Brokers, Inc., laying the foundation for our enduring commitment to client protection. A graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, he further honed his business acumen with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Under his leadership, Raroco has consistently achieved top producer status, notably with Pacific Cross (formerly Blue Cross) in medical and travel insurance, and Philippine British Assurance Corp. in motor car insurance. His strategic vision and dedication to excellence have earned Raroco recognition and awards from numerous principal insurers for consistent high sales performance.

Denise Roco-De Leon, a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, represents the continuation of Raroco's legacy. She joined the company in 2013 as a Sales Officer, swiftly progressing to Vice President of Administration and Finance, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2014. In 2019, Mr. Roco entrusted her with the presidency, a testament to her leadership and dedication. In addition to her role as President, she also serves as the Corporate Governance Compliance Officer and AML Compliance Officer, ensuring the company adheres to the highest standards of ethical and regulatory compliance.
VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMINISTRATION, HR & SALES
Erna Rovera-Santiago, who studied Mass Communication at the University of Makati, joined Raroco Insurance Brokers, Inc. in May 2014 as the Admin and HR Manager. Her proficiency in managing personnel and streamlining company operations quickly became apparent. She has been instrumental in ensuring that company guidelines are consistently implemented and that the sales team operates efficiently. Currently, as the Vice President of Admin, HR, and Sales, she oversees the seamless integration of multiple departments. Additionally, she holds the crucial roles of Corporate Secretary of the Board and Data Protection Officer (DPO).
