Teresa’s Farm

RAROCO Insurance Brokers, Inc. successfully held its Annual Team Building on March 19–20, 2026, at Teresa Farm Resort in Lian, Batangas. The event was attended by the entire management team, fostering camaraderie, teamwork, and a spirit of friendly competition.
Participants were divided into two teams. The first team was led by Mr. Ramon A. Roco (Chairman) and Ms. Erna Rovera-Santiago (Vice President), while the second team was headed by Ms. Denise Roco-De Leon (President) and Mr. Ramon M. Hildalgo (Vice President).
A series of exciting and engaging games took place, including Ball Relay, Marble Race, and “Light, Camera, Action,” which served as the tie-breaker challenge. Everyone actively participated, showing enthusiasm and determination to win each game, especially with cash prizes awaiting the champions.
In the end, the team led by Mr. Ramon A. Roco and Ms. Erna Rovera-Santiago emerged victorious.
The event was a great success, strengthening teamwork and creating lasting memories for everyone involved.
